Q: What is the warranty on materials and installation?
A: We offer a 7-year "good faith" warranty on all installs and materials. If something goes wrong — whether it's a light, a connection, or anything related to our installation — we do our best to fix it. We stand behind every job we complete.
Q: How long do these last?
A: We have personally and professionally been using this brand for over 5 years and have yet to have any devices fail. We use high-end products to ensure high-end results on all of our installs.
Q: Is it noticeable during the day?
A: Every home is different, but our priority on every install is the cleanest possible look.
Q: How long do installs take?
A: Most residential installs are completed in a single day. Larger homes or more complex rooflines may take two days. Our team handles everything — mounting, wiring, control box, and app setup — so you don't have to do a thing.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured and can provide documentation upon request.
Q: Are these weatherproof?
A: Yes. The lights themselves are rated IP67 waterproof. They're tested for temperatures between -20°F and 140°F. We also provide additional weatherproof protection for the control boxes on all installations.
